WILLIAM KELLEY, chief editor von PARKERs WINEADVOCATE hat im Jahrgang 2023 lediglich drei Weine mit 98-100 Punkten bewertet, einen Pomerol mit 1.250 Euro, einen St. Emilion zu 535,00 Euro, und 2023 CHATEU LA CONSEILLANTE der Sie lediglich 208,00 Euro kostet, im Vorjahr übrigens noch 309,40 Euro, das sind satte minus 100 Euro!
Unabhängig jedoch von der preislichen Betrachtung, was für ein Traum von einem Pomerol die Direktorin MARIELLE CAZAUX unter Mithilfe des Beraters THOMAS DUCLOS vinifiziert hat, ist beeindruckend und schwer in Worte zu fassen. 88% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc formen etwas, das man nur als außergewöhnlich bezeichnen kann. Dieser Wein hat Süße, reife Frucht, Gewürze, Tabak, Orangen und eine Qualität an Tanninen, die absolutes Weltklasse-Niveau haben. 2023 CHATEU LA CONSEILLANTE ist ein absoluter Traumwein. Wir waren zweimal vor Ort zur Verkostung mit MARIELLE und waren das zweite Mal trotz schlechtem Verkostungswetter, da Tiefdruck, nochmals euphorischer. 2023 CHATEU LA CONSEILLANTE muss in Ihren Keller. Wie Sie wissen, nur bei UNGER WEINE können Sie auch Einzelflaschen-Holzkisten in der Subskription ordern, mit 213,00 Euro sind sie dabei. Was MARIELLE CAZAUX aus diesem Weingut in Zusammenarbeit mit THOMAS DUCLOS geformt hat, ist ein absoluter blue-chip, im r würde man von einem triple-A sprechen. Wir waren zwei Mal vor Ort, und dieser Wein ist die Perfektion in Flaschen. Diese Frucht und Aromentiefe, gepaart mit derart perfekten Tanninen, Terroirnoten und einer Säure auf Referenzlevel formt einen multidimensionalen Pomerol, der eine Benchmark setzt. Ein Traumwein.
