James Suckling: A layered and savory red with dusty tannins and a juicy palate of dark fruit, mushrooms and earth. Medium-bodied with a long and flavorful finish. Typical for this cru in Pomerol."

Vinum: Tiefgründig, dunkelfruchtig, Pflaume und rauchige Noten; am Gaumen rund, fleischig, leicht cremige Textur, markante, gut verpackte Tannine, mineralisch geprägtes Finale. Weniger mächtig als auch schon, zeigt Finesse."

Decanter: Fragrant blackcurrants on the nose, smells lovely and pure. Succulent and softly supple, this has a gentle bounce before the liquorice and dark fruit come into play. Still not sunny, the fruit aspects are cool and this has a fresh mint, liquorice and cola element that really lingers. It’s concentrated with intensity of flavour but a light handed touch in terms of tannins. Some fleshy tannins too. I like this and they definitely haven't pushed this too far."
