Still a little cloudy, suggesting lees ageing. Really exciting energy, masses of ripe fruit and a top note of light struck-match character. Very long. Bouscaut does it again with its white wine! Sherbet and savour – more complex than many dry white bordeaux. Still a bit of chew on the end."
