Decanter: Dark berries, almost confitured forest berries, a dark profile overall on the nose. Sweet and slightly cooked fruit on the palate, dense and dark in character, with lots of blackberries, brambles, and black raspberries, smooth tannins, but a bit drying on the finish. The wine seems a bit short but is already accessible. 8% of Petit Verdot completes the blend."
