Decanter: White chocolate, vanilla, caramel, wild honey and pineapple. Luscious and filling, thick and weight but so delicious on the palate, super sweet, but the sweetness tapers more to an orange and peach aspect on the finish keeping a lingering outline on the tongue. A little heavy perhaps, built on the caramel, richness and mass, but fans of pure, sweet classic Sauternes will like this. Unashamed. 3.9pH. 175g/l higher than the usual 150g/l."
