Falstaff: Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung.

Decanter: Crushed tobacco and plum aromas are followed through on the palate, but the tannin seems to dominate just a bit! I like the ripe fruit profile with pleasing aromatics, even if they are not as effusive as some of its Fronsac peers."

Jeb Dunnuck: Plenty of ripe black and red fruits, tons of graphite, melted crayon, and nicely integrated oak all emerge from the 2025 Château Moulin Haut-Laroque, a solid Fronsac effort that unquestionably offers pleasure. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, has the vintage's focused style, ripe tannins, and outstanding length."

The Wine Cellar Insider: Flowers, cinnamon, red pit fruits, and berries accented with licorice from the character here. The wine is medium-bodied, soft, gentle, and creamy, with lingering, sweet, cherry notes in the finish. This should deliver pleasure on release, and for at least 10 to 12 years. Drink from 2028-2040."
