Lisa Perrotti-Brown: The 2025 Lespault-Martillac Blanc races out with bold notes of fresh pineapples and passion fruit, followed by hints of cedar, waxed lemons, and lime blossoms. The medium-bodied palate is racy with a chalky texture and exotic fruit layers, finishing with a zesty lift. The blend is 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon. The alcohol is 13%."

The Wine Cellar Insider: Lemon rind, white peaches, and spicy pineapples, pop in the aromatics. Juicy, fruity, and fresh, the finish offers a vivid blend of yellow fruits with crisp green apples and a shot of sweet limes. The wine blends 70%, old vine, Sauvignon Blanc with 30% Semillon. Drink from 2027-2032."

James Suckling: Exuberant, with expressive fruit, yet retaining nerve and deliciousness. Broad and textural."

Decanter: Assessed both at the Pessac-Léognan group tasting at Château Olivier and at Domaine de Chevalier, this wine, cropped at a healthy 38 hl/ha, reflects a low pH of 3.21 with a certain steeliness on the palate, but also tonicity and Granny Smith Apple freshness. It could use a bit more breadth and depth but I like the energy from the medium-bodied palate."

Jeb Dunnuck: The 2025 Château Lespault-Martillac Blanc offers up crushed stone minerality, citrus, and fresh orchard fruits on the nose, and it has a tighter, more focused style in the vintage. Based on 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon, it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a mineral-laced, balanced profile and a clean, lengthy finish."

Wine Advocate: The 2025 Blanc from Lespault-Martillac reveals a fresh, refined bouquet of verbena and lemon. Moderately weighted and juicy, it’s elegant and lively, with good length at the core enhanced by elegant acidity, concluding with an ethereal, perfumed profile. This is a classic at this address."
