Jeb Dunnuck: A brilliant, exuberant Sauternes that delivers the goods, the 2025 Château La Tour Blanche reminds me of the 2003 on release, with big, heady aromatics of white peach, honeyed tropical fruit, mint, flowers, and toasted bread. Full-bodied on the palate, it's deep, rich, and layered, with a great finish. I love the overall balance here, and it should shine right out of the gate yet still evolve gracefully."
