Vinum: Zeigt Tiefgang, Brombeeren, Eukalyptus und feine Röstnoten im Duft; im Auftakt straff, gradlinig, baut aus, entwickelt sich im mittleren Gaumen zu einem kleinen Weinmonument, vertikal, saftig mit süsslicher Frucht und markanten, sehr hochwertigen Gerbstoffen; langanhaltend voller Energie und mit viel Salzigkeit im Finish. Was für eine Frische in diesem Petit Église!"

Jane Anson: A lovely joyful feeling, cherry pit, sinew and spice, grilled cumin seeds, turmeric, anis, very good. 30hl/ha yield, 65% new oak. Harvest August 27 to September 12, this is the earliest harvest dates on record, and the first vintage with the Petite Eglise plot that was pulled up in 2017 and now has been replanted. Jeb Dunnuck: Sporting a deep ruby/plum hue, the 2025 La Petite Eglise gives up a beautiful array of red, blue, and black fruits intermixed with sappy flowers, chocolate, and graphite on the nose. I love its purity, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a pure, layered mouthfeel and fine tannins. It's almost too good for a second wine."

Lisa Perrotti-Brown: Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2025 La Petite Eglise charges out with bold notes of juicy blackberries and plum pudding, opening out to reveal hints of coffee beans, tar, lavender, and camphor. The medium-bodied palate is elegant and plush, with just enough freshness and a long, whispery finish. The blend is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. The alcohol is 13.8%. It is aging in French oak barrels, 65% new."
