Decanter: Super floral nose, really fresh flowery scents, white blossom, jasmine, lychee, peach and pine needles, so aromatic. Crisp, juicy, round, perfectly weighted on the palate - not such high acidity, but it’s well balanced with the round fruit and not overly fleshy either. Fun, fragrant, fruity and so easy to like. Lemon sherbet, creamy peach and white pear. Ends stony fresh and cool. 3.3pH. A yield of 28hl/ha. 14% Viognier completes the blend."
