Decanter: Yummy, cool acidity starts the expression with lovely soft, creamy, powdery tannins. I really like the cool Cabernet aspect here with soft dried herbs and crunchy, wet stone aspects. Controlled and refined, perhaps missing a touch more vibrancy and bright fruit, but this is true to Pauillac in a ‘cool’ vintage style. Chewy, grippy, still a little oak impacted on the finish but this will settle."

The palate delivers is creamy cassis profile, coupled with sweet, blackberries, and freshness paired with a creamy finish to wrap everything up quite nicely. This is an improving Pauillac to keep your eyes on. Drink from 2030-2050."
