Falstaff: Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, dezente Randaufhellung. Floral unterlegte schwarze Kirschenfrucht, zart nach Cassis, etwas Minze, einladendes Bukett. Mittlerer Körper, rotbeerige Frucht, integrierte Tannine, mineralisch und frisch im Angang, zeigt gute Länge."

Decanter: Crazily perfumed nose, full of wild meadow flowers and red fruit. Cool and fresh from the off. Smooth and juicy, forward and round with a touch of bite and hint of cedar on the finish. Easy drinking with balance and length but still with depth. Really well made, not trying to do what it can’t here. Still with that sticky, chewy juiciness and a cool, graphite clean finish. Nothing not to like here. Harvest 5-22 September. 3.75pH. A yield of 24.2hl/ha."
