JAMES SUCKLING: "Tea leaves, minerals and blackcurrants. Firm, chalky tannins with medium body and a nice, fluid center-palate. The finish is crunchy and juicy."

ANSON: "Slim and supple, savoury blue fruits, shot through with campfire and liquorice, crayon and roses, well handled in the vintage. Good Margaux typicity and has ageing ability in the mid term. Harvest 25 September to 4 October. 40% new oak. Now including the vines from Château Marojallia, but also reducing the percentage of 1st wine overall, so really focusing on the best plots."

JEB DUNNUCK: "A juicy little gem based on a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot, the 2024 Château Marquis De Terme offers charming red and black fruits, spice, cedar pencil, and smoky tobacco nuances on the nose. Medium-bodied and round on the palate, it has sweet tannins and delivers the forward, delicious style of the vintage as well as ample character and depth."

THE WINE CELLAR INSIDER: "Blackcurrants, flowers, cherries, espresso, and cigar box aromatics are already expressive. The wine is soft, seductive, and forward, with a core of plummy fruits with touches of spice, and mint in the mid-palate, and in the finish. The wine blends 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Drink from 2028-2045."

Gelungen."

FALSTAFF: "Dunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Noten von Heidelbeeren, Brombeerkonfit, zart nach Lakritze und Orangenzesten, einladendes Bukett. Saftig, elegant, gute Komplexität, frisch, reife Kirschfrucht im Abgang, bleibt haften, vielversprechendes Potenzial."
