Medium-bodied and nicely textured, it has a round, supple mouthfeel and soft tannins, all showing the forward, approachable character of the vintage in the Léognan region."

The Wine Cellar Insider: "Smoked herbs, tobacco leaves, black cherries, and cocoa fill the perfume. The wine is medium-bodied, energetic, and spicy, with a peppery edge to the black raspberries on the mid-palate. The finish comes in with more of those spices, bright red berries, and a tiny hint of chocolate on the backend. This should be approachable young. The wine blends 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, and 13% Petit Verdot. 13% ABV. Drink from 2027-2040."
