DECANTER: "Orange blossom, apricot, gooseberry and green apple. Lifted and zingy straight away, this has a burst of energy and liveliness, creamy but also citrus focussed with an enjoyable stony minerality. Balanced and very enjoyable, this has a real personality, still with a touch of austerity that should settle. A different category in terms of white wine style - lime, lemon, bitter pineapple, crunchy and crisp with bite and tang. Great stuff. 14% Viognier completes the blend. Ageing 60% new oak barrels, 40% one year old barrels for six months. Refreshing and moreish. 3.2pH."
