DECANTER: "Green apple, and peas with some asparagus notes. Bright and zingy on the palate - a real lifted expression with drive and vibrancy but not too sharp or too lean. This is calm and controlled beyond the initial lemon, pear and apple aspect with a creamy but cool aspect on the finish. Easy to drink and enjoy with racy acidity but underpinning not overwhelming the fruit. Already bottled. Ageing 20% new oak barrels. A yield of 28hl/ha. 3.15pH."

On the palate, the wine is fresh, and juicy, with hints of white peach, and tropical fruits in the creamy finish. The wine is produced from close to 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with just a bit of Sauvignon Gris in the blend. You can enjoy this with pleasure on release. Drink from 2027-2031."
