Silky, lush, and fresh, with a creamy mid-palate, the wine exudes charm and elegance through its layers of ripe, sweet plums and cherries. The wine blends 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvesting took place on two dates, September 24, and October 4. Drink from 2028-2038."

ANSON: "Softly spoken, carefully extracted, pureed blackberry and raspberry fruits, the acidity is high but gripping, with textured slate and chalk tannins reflective of its vineyard site. Charming, and earlier drinking than many vintages from this estate. 50% new oak, 50% amphora, Julien Viaud consultant. Harvest September 24 to October 4, 33hl/h yield. Tasted twice."
