WEINWISSER: "60 % Sauvignon Blanc, 40 % Sémillon, 12.5 Vol.-%. Komplexes Bouquet, Weingartenpfirsich, weiße Blüten und edler Kreideton. Im zweiten Ansatz erkalteter Grüntee, Anis und Mandarinenzeste. Am stahligen Gaumen mit präziser Ausrichtung, delikater Textur, balancierter Rasse. Im gebündelten feinaromatischen, anregenden Finale mit Agrumen, stützender Mineralik und feinpfeffrigem reifem Extrakt gepaart mit zarter Salznote."

THE WINE ADVOCATE: "The 2023 Blanc from de Fieuzal is another great success this year, exhaling pure aromas of white fruits, white flowers, ripe orchard fruits, menthol and anise. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and broad, it has a delicate, pure mid-palate with chalky dry extract and a long, mouthwatering and saline finish. The aging period in barrels may enhance its mid-palate, potentially making it one of the standout white wines of the vintage. This is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon."

DECANTER: "This bright and tangy wine echants the senses with a cornucopia of flavours, ranging from lemon and ripe peach to camomile and lanolin. Mid palate richnesss, smoothly delivered is balanced by the acidity. Yet more excellent dry white wine from Pessac-Léognan."

FALSTAFF: "Helles Grüngelb, Silberreflexe. Feine Holzwürze, reife gelbe Tropenfrucht, zart nach Guaven und Ananas, frische Stachelbeeren sind unterlegt, Limettenzesten im Hintergrund. Saftig, elegant, stoffige Textur, feine Fruchtsüße, angenehme Säurestruktur, zeigt gute Länge und Mineralität, sicheres Entwicklungspotenzial."

The wine has vibrancy, elegance, and a touch of chalky dust in the endnotes that accompany all those, sweet, ripe, yellow citrus notes along with a drop or two of vanilla.
