DECANTER: "Supple and generous on the palate, so clean and sleek, a lovely purity to the crunchy blackcurrant and strawberry fruit. Acidity is high but not too sharp giving a pleasant and approachable palate even now. Feels controlled and calm with good balance and persistence and nice salty touches too. Really a lot to like here, feels so controlled but still with power and concentration and lovely licks of graphite. Ageing 14 months in 40% French oak barrels, 50% tanks, 10% amphora."

WEINWISSER: "75 % Merlot, 15 % Cabernet Franc, 10 % Malbec. Verhaltener Beginn, zarte blaubeerige Konturen, Sandelholz und Flieder. Am eleganten sehnigen Gaumen mit weicher Textur und sandigem Extrakt, zart aufrauend. Im verkapselten Finale kleine zerdrückte schwarze Beeren, Wacholder und zarte Graphitnoten. 2027 – 2043."
