Decanter: "Supple and succulent, this has a nice weight and balance in the mouth, a really juicy, almost sweet strawberry and red cherry core with softly chewy tannins that give bounce to the palate complimenting the fresh and cool aspect to the tannins and high acidity. Crystalline and pure with lovely mineral bite to the edges, a flint and liquorice element but detailed and nicely cooling. Well presented and super enjoyable with plushness and texture."

Jeb Dunnuck: "Ripe black cherries, mulberries, smoked tobacco, camphor, and graphite are just some of the nuances in the 2022 Château Pindefleurs, another pure, medium to full-bodied, gorgeously textured Saint-Emilion. With a terrific sense of freshness, ripe, polished tannins, and a great finish, it's going to be well worth seeking out. The blend is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, from gravelly, clay, and limestone soils in Saint-Emilion."
