JEB DUNNUCK: "The 2022 Château Haut-Brion Blanc is close to an even split of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, but it seems to lead with its Sauvignon at this point and has bright citrus, lime pith, honeyed flower, and obvious chalky minerality on both the nose and palate. Medium to full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with notable concentration as well as acidity, it's another brilliant wine from this team."

LISA PERROTTI-BROWN: „The 2022 Haut-Brion Blanc, 51.4% Semillon and 48.6% Sauvignon Blanc aging in 40.4% new oak, charges from the glass with vivacious notes of lemon juice, lime zest, and yuzu, plus wafts of sea spray, jasmine tea, and crushed rocks. The medium to full-bodied palate shimmers with vibrant, energetic citrus and mineral flavors, supported by a racy backbone, finishing long with a spicy lift."

THE WINE CELLAR INSIDER: "Honeysuckle, white peach, vanilla, almonds, lemon rind, pineapple, honeysuckle and white flowers create the nose. On the palate, the wine is sweet, creamy and fresh, with orange, lemon and tart green apple nuances from start to finish. Made from a blend of 51% Semillon and 49% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon, picking took place August 17 - August 23. 14.2% ABV, 3.3 pH. Drink from 2025-2040."

Stoffig, etwas Litschi und Pfirsich, feiner Säurebogen, gute Komplexität, feine Süße im Abgang, wirkt bereits sehr zugänglich, ein facettenreicher Speisenbegleiter."

A blend of 51.4% Sémillon and 48.6% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine is fatter and fleshier than the more tensile La Mission Haut-Brion and will in all likelihood offer a broader drinking window."
