Vinum: "Besitzt Rasse dank der knackigen Säure, grosse Dichte und besondere Mineralität, ideale Länge; sehr verschlossen noch, sollte etwas reifen nach der Abfüllung. Die Note für das Potenzial."
Wine Cellar Insider: "Crushed rocks, flowers, lemon peel, white peach, and pomelo hit the perfume easily. Juicy, sweet, elevated, energetic, and fresh, the finish is filled with sweet, crisp, yellow citrus from start to finish. The wine blends 80% Sauvignon Blanc with 20% Semillon, 13.5% ABV. The harvest took place September 8 – September 16. Drink from 2023-2033."
Suckling: "Medium-bodied with a fresh, well-framed and flavorful palate. Green apple, pineapple and a hint of nutmeg. Creamy and fresh."
Decanter: "Fragrant white flowers on the nose with sweet lemon scents; this smells lovely. Succulent and just shy of unctuous, it has a nice density and weight on the palate, giving a full mouthfeel and good dose of bitter lemon, sweet pineapple, crisp apple and creamy peach. Round and driving, this has energy and zing and excellent balance from start to finish. Lovely and will be very enjoyable in bottle!"
Neal Martin: "The 2021 Olivier Blanc has a crisp, stony bouquet with freshly-sliced pear, Granny Smiths and orange blossom. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity, citrus fresh with admirable cohesion. Perhaps it needs a little more mineralité on the finish, nevertheless this is a very well-made dry white that will not only drink well for at least a decade, but might represent one of the appellation's best values."
Wine Advocate: "The 2021 Olivier Blanc exhibits aromas of green apples, Sauvignon botanicals, white flowers and struck match, followed by a medium-bodied, taut and saline palate. Chiseled and incisive, it shows promise."
Robinson: "Very rich, ripe and broad on the nose. Racy and lively. Great energy here. Bravo! Good balance of interesting fruit and zest. Hint of smokiness. Drink 2024 - 2030."
Galloni: "The 2021 Olivier Blanc is a bold, flavorful Sauvignon Blanc-driven white. Lemon peel, sage, mint and tomato leaf give this grassy, vibrant white tons of character."
Falstaff: "Sehr helles Gelbgrün, Silberreflexe. Verhalten, zarte weiße Tropenfrucht, floraler Touch, Limettenzesten klingen an. Schlank, weiße Tropenfrucht, frischer Säurebogen, Blütenhonig im Abgang, bereits gut entwickelt."
