Falstaff: "Dunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Zart floral, frische Kirschen, mit roter Beerenfrucht unterlegt. Saftig, elegant, süße Beeren, Herzkirschen, seidige Tannine, mineralisch-salzig, ein ausgewogener Speisenbegleiter, zeigt Länge."

Galloni: "The 2021 Bellevue is a tense, wiry Saint-Émilion that is going to need a few
years to unwind, although it will always be on the nervous side for the appellation. Red/purplish fruit, lavender, sage, mint and spice open first, followed by a kick of bright acids that is a reminder of the growing season, as if that was needed. I am looking forward to tasting this from bottle."

Decanter: "Generous, ample and softly sweet and jammy, the freshness, acidity and fruit purity is to the fore as are the grippy chewy fleshy tannins. It has the density to push on the mid-palate but also sustains an aerial nature through to a long finish and feels well worked with no harshness here. A juicy strawberry succulence comes in on the second and third tastes alongside aniseed touches and I like the mineral crushed stone element on the tongue. This has a definite charm!"
