Lisa Perrotti-Brown: The 2025 Le Blanc d'Aiguilhe rolls out with expressive notes of fresh grapefruit, gooseberries, and elderflower, plus hints of sea spray and wild thyme. The medium-bodied palate reveals a very crisp backbone with a chalky texture and intense citrus and gooseberry flavors, finishing long and pure. This is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The alcohol is 13%, and it is aging in French oak barrels (20% new). The pH is 3.2 with no malolactic. This was tasted as a bottled wine."
