* 89 - 92 WINESPECTATOR: "Mineral and currant, with fresh herbs on the nose. Full-bodied, with supersilky tannins and a pretty balance of wood. A little tight, as it should be, but shows potential already."
* 17 JANCIS ROBINSON: Drink 2016-2026; Dark blackish ruby. Fragrant and natural on the nose. Sweet and mellow. Nicely done. A little tension on the finish. Not pushed to excess. This could be from a terroir that is less favoured usually but one that is benefiting from 2009 overdrive. May not last as long as some. Very, very slightly light."
